These terms apply to services provided by Nova Vision Digital ("we", "us") to you ("the client"). By ordering, you agree to them.
Services
We produce AI-generated, UGC-style video ads from the product link, photos and brief you provide, and offer Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup. Videos are made with AI video tools and voiceover. They are not made by real creators or real customers, and we disclose this to every client.
Placing an order
You can order through Instagram, Telegram, email or the order form on our website. An order begins once we confirm the scope and price with you in writing and the advance payment is made.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are listed in USD on our website: Single UGC Video $40, 5-Video Bundle $150, Google Ads Setup $150. Meta Ads Setup is quoted on request.
- 50% advance is due to start, and the remaining 50% is due on delivery.
- We accept PayPal, Payoneer and Wise.
- Ad spend, ongoing management and third-party tool fees are not included unless agreed in writing.
Delivery and revisions
UGC video orders are delivered in 3-5 days from the start of the project, once we have your product link, photos and brief. Delays in receiving materials or feedback may extend this. Each UGC order includes 2 revisions. Requests beyond that may be quoted separately.
Communication
We work over email and chat. Briefs, scripts, approvals and revision requests are handled in writing.
Scripts and claims
We write scripts without medical or result claims, and you approve every script before production. You are responsible for the accuracy of product information you give us and for making sure your final ads comply with the rules of the platforms and laws that apply to your business.
Your materials and rights
You confirm you have the right to use the product photos, logos and other materials you send us. Once the final payment is made, you may use the delivered videos for your own advertising.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee sales, rankings, ad approval, return on ad spend or any specific performance result. Ad platforms may accept or reject ads at their discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected order.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
